We have welcomed Bro Wayne Mulhern as a new member of Hambrook Lodge and since our February meeting Bro Mulhern has been a fantastic candidate and progressed steadily to becoming a master mason. The meetings have been extremely enjoyable and very successful and Worshipful Master Mark Mullens has had a wonderful year and the lodge has raised £3350 for his 13 chosen charities and with smaller lodge grants. W Bro Mark Mullens has visited and supported lodges across the region and he has been an excellent Master and he’d done Hambrook Lodge proud.

A group of lodge members visited Scotland for a few days to support a Bro who is a regular visitor to Hambrook Lodge from Scotland while working in the West Country and they enjoyed it so much they are already planning to visit again in late summer 2025.

At Installation Bro Rob Shorland took to the Chair and rule the lodge with events already in place and delivered by all Rulers before him including Family Christmas Dinner which is now full. Family Burns Night and our themed evenings such as Robert Burns Night, St David’s Day, Trafalgar Night, St Patrick’s Day and St George’s Day and all are enjoyed around our ceremonies and making Hambrook Lodge once of the most enjoyable lodges to visit in the region.
